  • Kylie  is the passionate founder and owner of Next Step Dance Studio. With over 19 years of experience in dance education, Kylie has dedicated her life to nurturing the talents of young dancers. Her love for dance shines through in every class, inspiring students to reach their full potential.

    Kylie's commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment has made Next Step Dance Studio a beloved destination for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Under her guidance, the studio has flourished, offering a variety of classes, workshops, and performance opportunities.

    Beyond her role as a studio owner, Kylie is an active member of the dance community. She serves as a Team Leader for Team Julie Kay, presenting at industry events across the country. Additionally, she is the head coach of Harrison High School's Dance Team, sharing her expertise with aspiring young dancers.

  • Micah is a dynamic and inspiring dance instructor with 9 years of experience. Known for her energetic and engaging teaching style, Micah is passionate about sharing her love of hip-hop and musical theater with students of all ages.

    Beyond the classroom, Micah's creative talents extend to content creation and merchandise design. Her contributions to the Next Step Dance Studio community have helped to create a vibrant and exciting atmosphere.

    When she's not inspiring students, Micah enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones, and indulging in her hobbies of reading and crafting. Her unique blend of talent, passion, and creativity make her a valuable asset to the Next Step Dance Studio team.

  • Rhonda is the friendly and efficient Office Manager at Next Step Dance Studio. With over 27 years of experience, Rhonda has become an integral part of the studio's operations. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service and her warm personality have made her a beloved member of the dance community.

    From managing payments and ordering costumes to welcoming new students, Rhonda plays a vital role in ensuring that the studio runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and positive attitude contribute to a welcoming and organized environment for everyone involved.

    When she's not at the studio, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and exploring the beach. She is also a supportive partner in her husband's business, Hill Craft, where they create custom cornhole boards.

  • Shai  is a dynamic and inspiring dance instructor with 6 years of experience at Next Step Dance Studio.Known for her exceptional trick skills and her infectious passion for dance, Shai has become a beloved member of the studio community.

    Her classes are filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to helping her students reach their full potential.Shai’s ability to break down complex movements and her positive encouragement create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

    Beyond her dance talents, Shai is also a skilled hairstylist, showcasing her creativity and passion in the beauty industry.She brings a unique blend of artistry and expertise to her work, creating stunning looks for her clients.

  • Isabel is a talented and inspiring dance instructor who has recently joined the Next Step Dance Studio family. A homegrown talent, Isabel grew up in Harrison and has been dancing at Next Step since she was a young girl.

    After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Isabel recently tied the knot with Cooper King and welcomed a little puppy named Beau. Her love for dance has remained constant throughout her life, and she is thrilled to be back in the studio sharing her passion with a new generation of dancers.

    With 8 years of competitive dance experience, Isabel is a powerhouse performer and a master of all things jazz. Her energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to her craft make her a valuable addition to our team.
